Our Commitment

At Xtro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. This refund policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for your Xtro subscription or lifetime license.

Subscription Plans

Xtro operates on a subscription-based model with the following plans:

  • Monthly: $10/month
  • Yearly: $100/year
  • Lifetime: $150 one-time payment

The 30-Day Refund Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date of your initial purchase to request a refund. This applies to new monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, and lifetime license purchases.

After 30 days, all sales become final. The 30-day window starts from your initial purchase date, not from subsequent renewal charges.

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

  • Initial purchases made within the last 30 days
  • Technical issues that prevent you from using Xtro, provided you've contacted support and we were unable to resolve the issue
  • Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago
  • Subscription renewals that you forgot to cancel (you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges)
  • Change of mind after the 30-day window has passed
  • Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Support: Email support@xtro.dev with "Refund Request" in the subject line.
  2. Provide Details: Include your purchase date, the email address used for purchase, and a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund.
  3. Evaluation: We'll review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
  4. Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Important distinction: Canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund.

  • Cancellation: Stops future charges but doesn't refund past payments. You retain access until the end of your billing period.
  • Refund: Returns money from a recent purchase (within 30 days) and also cancels your subscription.

Technical Issues

If you're experiencing technical problems with Xtro, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. Many issues can be resolved quickly. If we're unable to resolve your issue within a reasonable timeframe, you'll remain eligible for a refund within the 30-day window.
